RNA Branch Trip to York

13 branch members met up in York for our annual trip, several wandered around the many sightseeing attractions, a few spent their money improving the local economy within York’s many shops. A few of us strolled around The Shambles, stopping for an occasional beverage or two and strolling along the River Ouse.

Late afternoon we left York and all mustered in the nearby village of Acaster Malbis at The Ship Inn which was situated alongside the tranquil River Ouse. Here we had a few drinks and a wonderful meal. The weather was sunny and we spent a little time in the beer garden which was filled with beautiful hanging baskets and containers.

Some trip photographs can be viewed in the photo gallery.
